It’s simple, we are organic practice, low acid and low preservative and we have to be. This philosophy was introduced from the inception of the label by proprietors John Tucker (a rheumatoid arthritis sufferer) and (Jane Tucker chronic migraine sufferer) and through sheer trial and error found they could both still enjoy a glass if wine if it was made this way. Our wine is expertly made by Severine Maudoux a winemaker hailing from the old world. From harvest to bottle, our wine is quality controlled with artisan flare and natural wine-making techniques.
SAUVIGNON BLANC 2018
Estate grown and handpicked, this lovely white displays bright and lifted aromatics of pink grapefruit, melon and passionfruit with hints of ginger and zest. A full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc with classic varietal characteristics and intense flavours.
FUME BLANC 2018
Estate grown Sauvignon Blanc, handpicked and pressed straight into French oak barrels with fermentation completed on wild yeast adding complexity and creamy texture. Aged for 10 months in barrel this wine displays intense aromas of stone fruit and pineapple, with hints of nectarine and nuts.
LUMIÈRE ROUGE 2018 - SOLD OUT
A delicious vibrant dry French style wine made from spectacular Merlot fruit. The palate is round, nicely balanced with clean blackberry fruit flavours and a hint of strawberry perfume. The long-lasting finish is pleasantly dry, an excellent lunchtime experience.
TEMPRANILLO 2014 - SOLD OUT
A red Spanish variety, rich and full of plum flavours and cherry aromas. The palate explodes with juicy red berry fruit. A real crowd pleaser. This is a medal winning wine in the Margaret River wine show. Beautiful with tapas and spicy food any day of the week.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2013
The 2013 vintage gave us beautiful heat and little rain producing a full-bodied wine with the traditional mint and chocolate flavour. It displays aromas of plum and dark fruit with rich notes. The palate is full flavoured with rich red berries. A delicious elegant red wine displaying strong tannins with a long finish, ideally suit beef dishes.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2014
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is a very elegant wine with aromas of French oak and bay leaf with a touch of red pepper. The palate is lightly bodied showing hints of spice, red berries and plum followed with soft lingering tannins.
PINEAU - BRANDY LIQUEUR
What can we say that would truly justify our brandy-based liqueur made with either Sauvignon Blanc or Cabernet Sauvignon both have long finishes of distinct hazelnut qualities. Only 600 bottles made each year. It is a beautiful aperitif over crushed ice or just with cheeses after dinner.
