About: Estate-grown (Wilyabrup, Western Australia) and handpicked Sauvignon Blanc, pressed straight into French oak barrels. Fermentation was completed on wild yeast adding complexity and a creamy texture. Aged for 10 months in barrel the 2018 Fume Blanc displays intense aromas of stone fruit and pineapple with hints of nectarine and nuts.
