







TASTING NOTES
We currently have three whites and a rose in our range:
Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2007
A fresh fruity wine with the tropical fruit characters producing a well rounded palate. It has a refreshingly delicate finish, a perfect partner to accompany chicken dishes with a hint of chilli or as an aperitif.
Sauvignon Blanc 2008
A brilliant pale straw colour wine with tropical and stone fruit primary aromas supported by lifted floral notes. The mouth filling palate is balanced and refreshing with lingering fruit flavour. This wine is the perfect companion to seafood and Thai cuisine.
Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2009
A beautifully made white wine handpicked and pressed then barrel fermented for 8 months in French oak barrels worth the wait. Drink on special occasions.
Lumiere Rouge 2009
A delicious vibrant dry French style wine made from our spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. The palate is round, nicely balanced with clean blackberry fruit flavours and a hint of strawberry perfume. The long lasting finish is pleasantly dry an excellent lunchtime experience.
Our reds are:
Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2004
The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot. It is a fruit driven style with characters of plum, cherry and cedar. The palate is medium bodied and fruity. A perfect partner to grilled lamb marinated with exotic spices and served on a bed of cous cous or rare steak seared with peppercorns in a red wine sauce over a combination of pureed sweet potato and pumpkin.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
Our French winemaker has made this premium red in a true Bordeaux style. It displays a typical smooth dry finish with characters of cassis, cherry, chocolate and mint. The palate is soft and round enjoyed now or cellar for a few years. Medal winner
Cabernet Sauvignon 2006
Our Cabernet Sauvignon has a delicious blend of mint and chocolate aromas and a fruit driven palate. It is perfect with lamb and as a lunchtime experience.
Shiraz 2005
Medium bodied blackberry and pepper overtones great partner with Mediterranean cuisine or full bodied cheeses.
